IMPORTANT ~ MUST READ: Even though it may appear that you’re only paying for 4hours of work, a "full service" DJ company will normally invest 12-20 hours or more towards your special event. With advance meetings, questions, exchanging of ideas and input from you and the guest of honor, we can plan and execute the perfect event. All this adds up to the overall success of your special occasion.

Our excellent customer service leading up to your event eliminates all the stress....and makes your special day go that much smoother.

Travel Costs:
Split Second Sound, located in Charlotte, NC- will travel anywhere from New York to Florida. Most areas within 30 to 45 minutes of Charlotte/South Charlotte have no travel costs (Mooresville. Gastonia, Monroe, Rock Hill). Within 1 to 2+ hours or so, about $50-$75 (Winston Salem, GBO, Asheville. Hickory, Columbia). Around 3+ hours is usually between $100 and $125 and may require an overnight depending on the time the event ends (Raleigh, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Wilmington). 4 hours and up, please ask for an exact cost.

Enhance any party with a perfect blend of picture and video to show your friends and family throughout the event.

A 42" or 50” TV's or larger screen with a projector with a DVD player that plays photo montages throughout the night or during select times. (This can be set up in a separate location from the DJ set up)

Get 2 TV's to cover both sides of the room or 2 different areas.

Ceremony Music

Ceremony sound and music.

We supply prelude music for 20 to 30 minutes. Then help coordinate the processional songs, during the ceremony songs and then the recessional song. Supply 1 to 2 mics for the preacher and a singer or someone reading scriptures.
Lapels mics are available (additional).

Accent any room with a wide range of colors. Adds to the decor and transforms any room into an eye catching display.

Here are just a few of set ups we have used room up-lights at. Depending on how many LED's are used, a different room effect is brought out (accent, total wash, blending. etc).

Percussion

Professional drummer/percussionist

Add some spice and rhythm to any style event with a live percussionist jamming along to the DJ.

From club and dance beats to reggae and a beach feel, it will bring up the atmosphere at any event.

Custom Monogram

Your initials are displayed at the party using a 750 watt theatre light and after the event we give you your custom created plate to keep. You and your guests will be amazed with the touch of elegance it adds. Add it to any package.

Display it on the floor, the wall or on the ceiling!

Designed to have fun with family and friends, putting them in the mood when its time to get to know each other for maybe the first time. It's not designed to perform loud dance music. It's made for an intimate night of fun and laughter.

By using our MC skills, we interact with you and all of your guests with games, sing-a-long songs and maybe some dance contests. We get your guests involved and even more importantly, learning about each other as we are just warming up for their big wedding party the next night. We're the perfect party hosts to keep everyone having fun.

The Classic sound of Frank Sinatra is loved by everybody!

Featuring Joe Santoro, a retired NY fireman, he sings the best of Frank Sinatra mixed in and out of songs from the DJ that fit the Rat Pack styler and era.
